Relaxation

Take time for yourself, let go, clear your head, evacuate the various tensions accumulated in the body, manage stress, emotions or any other event that would disturb the organism, that's relaxation.
Relaxation* therefore allows you to relax, to recharge your batteries in order to refocus on yourself to reduce stress and physical, mental, physiological, digestive, sensory tensions, etc. which strongly influence our state of health.
On the road of stress sets in → exhaustion → tiredness (depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances etc.) and a decrease in energy reserves will then occur. The organism will then have to work harder to fulfill this energy expenditure if it does not have, in return, a recovery period, that is to say a break and will no longer be able to perform properly his many tasks.
The organism needs energy to function properly (healthy food, sleep, relaxation, rest, physical activity, leisure, etc.), which is why it is very important to listen to your body.
It is good to know that the brain is the most energy voracious organ, although it is only 2% of the weight of the human body, it constantly consumes about 20% of the nutrient energy and oxygen absorbed by the body.
Before getting into last-minute situations and to maintain good health, ask yourself the question: am I taking enough time for myself?
Few people take the time to relax, caught in the gears of the marathon of life and yet without being aware of it, lose a lot of energy.
However, it is fundamental and simple to relax on a daily basis by performing small actions. Just find the right moment. Some people prefer to take the time to relax in the morning, others in the evening…
It's up to you to choose the right environment and the right time:

Relax outside in the countryside, in the forest or in a park if nearby:
- Walk, free your thoughts
- Stop for a few moments, sit down, close your eyes and concentrate to listen to birdsong, for example, exhale/inhale, clear your head
Relax outside by the sea (if nearby):
- Walk in the sand by the water, free your thoughts
- Stop for a few moments, sit on the sand, close your eyes, focus on the sound of the waves, exhale/inhale, let go

Relax at home:
- Put you at ease
- Choose a pleasant and quiet room where you feel good in which no one will disturb you
- Put on dim lighting
- Adopt a comfortable position (sitting or lying down)
- Close eyes
- Concentrate only on your breathing exhale/inhale and catalyze your mind on the present moment
Relax outside by a river (if nearby):
- Walk to the edge to relax, observe and free your thoughts
- Stop for a few moments, sit, close your eyes, focus on your breathing, exhale/inhale, let go

Do meditation to empty the mind of all its tensions:
- Choose a pleasant place (outside or inside) that will allow you not to stimulate the body in order to be fully aware of the present moment
- Sit down
- Close the eyes
- Focus on breathing (inhale/exhale)
- Free your thoughts
These relaxation exercises can be short or longer depending on your choice, the main thing is to practice them regularly. Do not hesitate to abuse it on weekends.
On the way to prevention, I wish you a good relaxation.
